First read our SUCCESS STORIES, then come back to help youth succeed in working towards a STEAM career. Helping Others To SEE Robot Garden is eliminating the factors limiting youth, STEAM, and hobby groups from reaching young minds through project-based informal STEAM learning opportunities outside of regular school hours: S --- Space - access to low cost space E --- Equipment - access to specialized equipment, software, tools & supplies E --- Expertise - access to knowledgable volunteers within various STEAM fields Working under one roof with Robot Garden allows SEE resources to be shared across multiple groups and maximized to full effect for a better ROI. Maximizing ROI For STEM Investments In building the Tri-Valley STEM Center, Robot Garden is bringing cohesion to a network of otherwise disparate volunteer groups. Working under a single roof, Robot Garden can share numerous resources and make them available to these many different groups. Laser cutters, CNC mills, Raspberry Pi's, Arduino's, wood shop, metal shop, sheet metal tools, advanced manufacturing equipment, etc. In an effort to cultivate more activities offered for local youth, STEAM and hobby groups (including Girl Scout, Boy Scout & 4-H), equipment and other learning resources are available to all groups passing the doorway at Robot Garden (and the STEAM Center once built). Instead of sitting on a shelf getting only occasional use from one group, expensive equipment, software, tools and supplies are available to all groups. Youth groups schedule access to the resources as their time allow. The equipment and materials get utilized much more often, and multiple groups benefit from each donated dollar. Because of this, donations to Robot Garden provide a much higher ROI for leading youth along a STEAM pathway. Help youth reach new heights of achievement by exploring the sponsorship packages below.
